Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our return policy states we have a strict NO-REFUND policy. Once a product is placed for an order there are no refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

EXCHANGES

If 15 days have gone by since delivery, we can't offer an exchange for new product.

  • Exchanges are accepted for items that are IN STOCK only.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means unworn and unused, damaged or altered in any way. It must also be in the ORIGINAL packaging.
  • To complete your replacement, we require a receipt, order number or proof of purchase.
  • We do not accept any refunds, exchanges, or returns for ANY sale items, gift cards, or pre-orders.

To request an exchange you can contact us at cs.donreux@gmail.com. If your exchange is eligible we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

*Please note that eligible exchange items will take a few weeks to inspect and reshipped back to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
